We are sorry to announce that [Name of Company/Department] will end its operation on [Last date of operation]. As we have discussed at our monthly managers meeting, unfavorable economic conditions have lead to our increasing costs in a declining market. Please inform all personnel at [Name of Company/Department] that the office will shut down indefinitely.
Employees who wish to stay with the company may apply for openings at our other offices. Enclosed is a list of all the openings, job description, and salary grade. We will do our best to find appropriate positions for them but transfers will depend upon their qualification, experience, and the number of available positions.
Employees who decide to resign from the company and seek employment elsewhere will be remunerated with one week's salary for every year of service.
